Findley Commons Apartments is a 35-unit affordable apartment community located in Southeast Portland’s South Tabor neighborhood. The community offers a mix of furnished studio and one-bedroom apartments designed to provide stable, long-term housing paired with supportive services. Findley Commons is a Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) community that serves households who meet program eligibility requirements. On-site amenities include shared community spaces, laundry facilities, an outdoor patio, and access to supportive services provided by Do Good Multnomah. The property is transit-accessible and located on a frequent-service bus line. All homes at Findley Commons are subject to affordability and program requirements established by public funding partners. Income limits apply.


How to Apply / Referral Process

Residency at Findley Commons is offered through partner referral programs. Applications are not accepted directly from the public.


One-Bedroom Apartments

One-bedroom homes are supported by rental assistance through HUD‑VASH. Individuals who believe they may be eligible should speak with their HUD-VASH case manager or VA Community Resource & Referral Center (CRRC) social worker regarding a referral. If you are not currently connected to HUD-VASH, you may contact the VA CRRC to inquire about eligibility.Email: [email protected] Phone: 503-808-1256


Studio (SRO) Apartments

Studio homes are supported through regional long-term rental assistance and referrals coordinated by the local housing access system. Individuals seeking referral should contact their housing case manager. If you do not currently have a housing case manager, you may call the Veterans Services Line: 855-425-5544 and request to be added to the Veteran By-Name List for housing referral consideration.
